Spinach and Tomato Pasta w/ Broccoli Rabe
Wanna know the secret to cooking Broccoli Rabe?
Clean off rabes and put in a large pot of water, bring to a boil.
Chop up some garlic cloves.
Remove water from the pot when rabes are soft.
Put garlic and olive oil in the pan.
Cover and let cook until desired tenderness.
